Common questions
How do I get the guides?
After payment you land on a page with your download links. The link works for 30 days; the files are yours to keep and use offline.
What language are the PDFs in?
The language of the page you buy on. A series or Master gives you that one language only.
What can I read and fill them in on?
You can read them on a computer, tablet or phone. Fields and calculators work best in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, and you can also print the worksheets.
Can I get a refund?
The right of withdrawal ends when the download starts. If a file doesn't work, you bought the wrong guide or language, or you were charged twice, write to us within 14 days.
Do the guides replace a professional?
No. The guides are educational. For animal health, food safety, building work and regulations, ask a vet, an advisory service or the relevant authority.
