Purchase and delivery

The seller and VAT-registered merchant for purchases is Stripe, through its Link brand (merchant of record). Digital content is delivered immediately after payment via a download link.

Refunds

Guides are digital content delivered immediately after payment, so the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download starts (you agree to this at checkout). If a file doesn't work, you bought the wrong guide or language by mistake, or you were charged twice, write to us within 14 days — we will replace the guide or refund you.

License

The PDF is licensed for personal and family use. Sharing, publishing and resale are not allowed.

Privacy

Data controller: Vexum packaging d.o.o. (see Imprint). This site sets no cookies and has no analytics. When you buy, Stripe (Link), as the seller, collects your email, country and payment details; we never see your card number. From Stripe we receive only what is needed for delivery and accounting: the order, email, country and chosen language. We may also send your download link by email through Resend (an email service in the US, under EU standard contractual clauses). Cloudflare, our host, processes technical data (IP address, browser) to keep the site running safely. If you write to us at info@4freelife.com, we keep your message in order to reply. Purpose and legal basis: delivering the guides (contract), support, and legal accounting and tax duties. Data goes only to Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend and our email provider; we never sell it. Retention: order data for as long as accounting and tax rules require, support messages for up to 2 years. Your GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability; write to info@4freelife.com. You can complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP, azop.hr).

Educational content and safety

The guides are educational and do not replace advice from a vet, agronomist, doctor, lawyer or other professional. Rules differ between countries and change over time: check with the relevant authorities before buying land, building, slaughtering or selling produce. Food and preserving: incorrect canning, drying, smoking, fermenting or storage without a fridge can cause serious poisoning, including botulism. Stick to the exact quantities, temperatures and times in the guide, and if food looks or smells suspect, do not taste it; throw it away. Take special care with children, pregnant women, older people and anyone who is ill.
